amazon links won’t work

  • Can’t get amazon associates links and hover java to work in posts. I’ve tried using the “link” function in the visual and in html mode. I always put the java script (the one that will show the image when the cursor hovers over the text link) in the post in html mode. About every tenth time it will work when I preview it and then it won’t do it again. I alwyas remove the “https://” that shows up automatically in the link box when it is opened.

    I know it’s possible but it’s been too long since I did it. And the people at the Amazon forum have not been able to help.

    If anyone out there knows the steps to get these to work I would be very grateful.
