New Order Notification not sending

  • Hi all,
    I am having an issue with a woocommerce set up and I was hoping for some help with.

    I am finding that the new order email notifications aren’t coming to me when someone purchases. I receive the paypal notification but not the official woocommerce one with the additional details regarding the purchase. I have updated the the latest version of woocommerce believe that this may have helped however it doesn’t appear to. I do receive the notification when someone cancels an order and have tried using a different email address to see if may have been that but no luck.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Same here. It used to work fine but recently maybe few weeks, I stop getting new order email that gets sent to me also NEW EMAIL that gets sent to customer when the order goes to ‘processing’

    If I do ‘Resend Email – New or processing order’ email goes out fine so I know it’s not the email issue… for some reason Woocommmerce is not generation emails anymore automatically… ??

    I have same problems for 6-7 days now

    I have tried a few more things to help but so far no luck. I am now asking my server to update the PHP and MySQL as have noticed on the woocommerce report on the backend that they are outdated, fingers crossed that helps.
