How do you add text links for Digg etc.?

I would like to display a few text links after each post,(single posts only) with links to Digg, del.icio.us, facebook etc. so people can bookmark the post.

I really dont want to use the big Digg button or anything like the Share this plug-in because I want my site to have a more minimalistic feel to it.
