Graduation levels not saving or displaying

Hello – I’m hoping the plugin developer is still responding to queries about this pretty sweet plugin. We’re having a big problem with the graduation levels displaying. One displays fine if set to 0%. But if you try to have levels, ie., 0-40%; 41-60%, 61-75%…etc, it won’t save and nothing displays. Can someone out help or pass on a solution? I notice this was a problem a couple of years ago that was ever resolved. Using latest version (updates a year ago). Thanks.
