You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

  • When I click settings in certain plugins in plugin page, I get

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    However I can access the setting on the left hand side admin panel

    This has happened probably after upgrading. The plugins are compatible with wordpress 4.5.3

    I have reinstalled the plugins without sucess
