load Pop up when site load

Hello heshanmax, I hope all is well!

If you wish to show the PopUp only on your home page, please enable “On specific URL” condition and place your home page URL

If this option is not available, please enable Basic URL condition at PopUp > Settings and check again.

doesn’t work on my site too… T_T I change the options of u say, but nothing.
also, i add the popup in a specific url, but doesn’t work.

Could you try temporarily switching to default WP theme and disabling your other plugins so we can see if there’s any conflict on that end so we know where to look?

Is this theme available for download from somewhere so we could test it out and check if there’s anything that could be changed from our end in order to make it work?

If it’s completely custom theme not available from anywhere else you should get in touch with the theme developers and they should be able to further assist you with this.

Issue for @heshanmax seems closely related to theme he is using so there’s something else causing it on your installation.
