Cant Login After s2member admin deleted

Hello, I’ve been developing my site locally for a while now and recently ran into trouble because of s2member. I accidentally deleted my admin account and lost access to the site. I followed the online tutorials to recover it using phpmyadmin but I’m unable to get administrative access even using the usermeta trick. I copied all the fields from the backup into the the current usermeta table but even then when I log in, I get the admin bar at the top but no options on it like customize. My dashboard doesnt appear either and i tried to disable all my plugins too. Can someone tell me what I can do to get everything back?
