Page title covering WordPress menu

When I’m logged in as a user to the site and looking at a page from the front end (ie as a visitor would), the page title and description appear in a black box on the top left corner, covering up part of the WordPress menu bar.

Once I am editing a page this box no longer appears. Link to a screenshot:

First noticed it one or two WP upgrades ago.

I’ve checked in the settings and don’t see any option for turning it off.
