I’ve updated the plugin to make the installation as automatic as possible. Now you just need to drop the plugin files in the usual folder, and (with a bit of luck) the plugin will take care of the rest — no sql files to run.

If anyone’s interested, there might be more work to do: the xdiff PHP extension might help in keeping the revision database small.
By the way, kudos to the WP for making the admin panel in good HTML: with a bit of DOM scripting you can change basically everything! ??
