Resetting all

Ouch on a multi-site system, when I tell this plugin to activate in the network activate mode, it turns OFF most of my plugins (and doesn’t turn on this one).

This is obviously not a good thing – I have to manually go in and re-enable the plugins (fortunately from screenshots) and setup some of the plugins that reset to a wizard state after reinstallation.

It works fine when I activate it in the site plugin system.

This is quite reproducible (I did it a second time to check, and third time by accident) but I haven’t had time to track down what it is managing to do.
