smart system only upload cvs is crap

Hi I already had a suggestion of you to alter the css to be able to upload csv but then I was not able to reach my site at all. Luckily I altered the ftp name. But still not be able to use upload. Now I have to put in 298 entries by hand, sooooo not amused. Perhaps you can lend me a hand?
