An awesome product and support!!!!

I had a client that was looking to improve reports he sent to his clients, they submit incident reports on his site and a copy is sent to them via Gravity Forms, We looked at changing the layout to something that looked better than just the simple text list we were sending. We came across GravityPDF and the product just worked right after installation!

We then reached out to support to inquiry about cost to make some changes to the layout and we were blown away at the price and how quickly they could get it done!!!! After payment of the first requested change, my client decided he wanted a second change so we reached out again and got an updated quote from GravityPDF and they had the change done in less than 24 hours!!!!

My client is very happy and his customers are just as happy to have a PDF version of their incidents!

I HIGHLY recommend this product and look forward to using it on other sites!
