    Some of the issues below still persist but I am really happy with the user interface, price and support. Finally got the Admin notifications working. Which ended up being a server error.

    Ok I can’t say anything bad without pointing out something good. The front end of the system is very nice and must of been designed by someone completely different that the person that did the back end. That said the order that the front end is presented is a bit off – with no way to change it. Case in point Reservations directions falls to about the 3rd item on the list after you’ve already chosen your date…

    My issues:

    1) Coupons – great but you only get 1 for every calendar

    2) Calculating ‘extras’ there is no 1 time Group Fee. Selecting One Time still adds any extra fees per reservations

    3) EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS DO NOT WORK. Very buggy. Notifications go out to customers but not Admins. Something is seriously wrong here.

    4) NO SUPPORT. Any support or comments is hidden behind a pay wall. You get ‘invited’ to the support portal after you pay for the plug in. Horrible practice for someone evaluating the software. In looking at the response time of people that do get suckered in – check out the response times.

    I’ve tinkered with this far too long. Installed SMTP plug ins ( not using gmail’s server ) to try to resolve the email issue as well as maintain an email log – and get nothing.

    I have 9-10 clients that use online booking systems. I’m evaluating alternatives and would of gladly paid for something with a great UX.

    I am sorry for your inconvenience.

    1) At the moment only one Coupon can be used per calendar. The feature is explained in the plugin description.

    2) This is the designed behaviour for Extras items. The Extras options get multiplied by the value of the “No book items” field.

    3) This can be a issue particular to your WP installation. Please send an email at [email protected] to make a debug and help.

    4) The Support Forum for the Free version is this one on www.remarpro.com. Yes, the Pro version has a separate Support Forum that requires an activated plugin licence to access it.

    OK sent email with test environment and log in info.

    I get system notifications from WordPress, Wordfence, WooCommerce and others. I have also tried disabling all plug-ins!

    I’ve tried several SMTP mail plugins including setting up a specific email account under the same domain and still get no Admin notifications – which I find strange considering I receive the user notifications to the same email account when I tried it.

    I have also tried uninstalling this plug in.

    I don’t mind changing the rating if this system works and of course purchasing the Pro version. If you think it’s an WP installation issue why do all the other plug-ins I use are able to send email notifications?
