Problem Cash On Delivery

  • Hello I have problem with plugin Cash On Delivery, when I install plugin dont show in interface Woocomerce checkou. version WordPress is 4.5

    Hi, awesome plugin, though when executing the updater that the Woocommerce Data Update prompts the plugin crashes

    Some log details are
    Notice: Undefined index: action in /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/website/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-cod-advanced/woocommerce_advanced_cod.php on line 351
