Plugin doesn't work

  • IT claims this plugin is tested to the latest version of WordPress…but it doesn’t work. My theme is the themeforest construction-structure theme which has been a very good theme with an attentive author. Allowing this plugin to rename images breaks the link to most places they are used. At first I thought it was only for the essential grid locations, but now in simple posts as well! I have written Jordy with zero response.

    Hi,

    Yes, it works with the latest version of WP. The fact the theme is well-made is not really relevant the factors are also the plugins and how the theme is using the information linked to the media (will it still work if you change your theme? or will it all break down? is it using the WP core well?).

    If it doesn’t work in simple post it is not normal something else is happening.

    I am currently on holiday and I am working on support slower than usual but I am always replying with anyone, and if there is a bug with something I’ll fix it. Meanwhile, it works with the latest version of WordPress, our issue is with something else, we just need to find it.
