Not so good but now it's OK

  • It’s the 2nd time when the update (v2.3.12 > new) of this module crashes my site and makes it inaccessible to whoever!
    Not so good ??

    Can you please raise a ticket for this on our support forum? We haven’t gotten any other escalation of something similar to your experience, and we’d like to see if there’s any compatibility issue with your theme or site…

    This happened to me tonight. I updated the plugin earlier today. It took my site down and I couldn’t get access to even fix the issue. I had to call support to get back in. I don’t know what to do. I need it on my site. Visitors are depending on it, but if I re-activate, will my site go down again?

    I’m sorry to hear that you have issues with our plugin. It seems that you have a problem with PHP memory limit, please increase the memory limit to 128MB or more if necessary. Open your wp-config.php which is located in the root WordPress directory. Then add the following lines:

    define('WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');
ini_set('memory_limit','128M');
