usually works, but then it deleted everything

  • we had this plugin installed on my local and our dev server. in both places running the export reverted the database to an earlier version and we lost all our content except one post. we were populating the db with content and now we have to start again for the 3rd time. no idea why this is happening but it happened right after i used this plugin. i’ve used it before with success.

  • My advice to anyone, even if I’ve never had problems with this extension, is to do a backup of the DB beforehand. It’s easy and can save lots of time. I’m always careful with anything that modifies the db in such a drastic way.
