User-friendly, robust plugin with top-notch support

The plugin itself is comprehensive, light, and well-built. On the admin side, everything is easy to customize, and the shortcode generator in the visual editor makes the tool simple to use even for those unfamiliar with WordPress. When I had to dive into the code to make tweaks, everything was organized logically and commented on. On the front-end, a visitor could make sense of the UI right away. The structure of the custom taxonomies also makes great use of the native benefits of WP.

When I did need to reach out to support, I was helped in a matter of minutes (maybe even less!), and my issues were always taken care of. Definitely one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had!
