• Latest update to the plugin that enforces same-domain email addresses has broken it for me and many others, judging by the support forums.

Developer has provided ZERO responsiveness to these issues, other than asking to see the site and then never following up, or terse one-line links to pages in the FAQ or documentation that don’t address the question being asked, and which suggests the developer either isn’t reading people’s questions properly or is simply too busy to care.
Either way, I got bored of the waiting and the frustration and installed Ninja Forms instead. Much nicer.

It’s no fun to say this, but I can’t recommend this plugin while developer is so unhelpful
    Avoid!

  • To temporarily fix the problem in the Mail From line, just make up an email address from your domain name eg [email protected]

If you domain name is tempdomain.com then enter: [email protected]

This will fix the problem until the authors can fix the code in the plugin.

I was already using an email address within the same domain as the website. Didn’t work.
I wasn’t expecting an instant fix – I appreciate problems may need time to solve and test – but the complete lack of acknowledgement from the dev is, frankly, inexcusable and I’ve already switched to a different product.

Thanks for taking the time to at least try making helpful suggestions, however.
