Looks great, but the service is not

This plugin really looks promising, but the service is really not good.
After registering on their site, it took ages before someone came back to me. He wanted to talk to me by phone!!!???
After we made the appointment to call, nobody called and they kept silent. They also don’t come back to the emails.

So, can you imagine to do business with a company like that, and when you have a problem, they are very likely act like they did with me. No, there are other alternatives out there.
