Worst customer support ever

After downloading the theme, I went through the manual and started customizing the theme.
Couldnt do more than 15%.
Asked for support from SKT Themes and was told that I will have to pay for customization. After I expressed my surprise, that I will be charged for customer support, Shri sent me the same documentation I already had and vague explanations.
I asked several questions, stating that I do not know coding (Shri’s explanation is for programmers, not for template users) and I tried again to customize, following the manual, when I found out that some of the description didnt even matched my screen and ended up completely screwing the outlook of the theme.Decided to just drop it.
