• After downloading the theme, I went through the manual and started customizing the theme.
    Couldnt do more than 15%.
    Asked for support from SKT Themes and was told that I will have to pay for customization. After I expressed my surprise, that I will be charged for customer support, Shri sent me the same documentation I already had and vague explanations.
    I asked several questions, stating that I do not know coding (Shri’s explanation is for programmers, not for template users) and I tried again to customize, following the manual, when I found out that some of the description didnt even matched my screen and ended up completely screwing the outlook of the theme.

    Decided to just drop it.

    We asked for site URL and admin details no answers given for that as to why the theme would screw the layout. At least URL could have been provided.

    When the client said he can’t use shortcodes we did ask him if he wants us to set up the theme for him. Again no answer to this.

    He said some other things which were not related to theme hence we asked him to hire a developer in case he just finds it difficult for even setting up the site with his content since no comment was provided for us trying to help him out for setting up the site so may be i thought he is comfortable with a known developer.

    Again nothing was said except enjoy the review.

    Provided documentation doesnt help.
    Theme is confusing and very difficult to customize.
    Whats the point of selling a product, that needs further purchases to complete?
    I have set several websites without any problem, but this one was really a letdown.
    Obviously a customer support that answers: Pay another 50 bucks and we can set it up for you, is no good.
    You have 2 reviews, both of them with lowest score.
    Maybe you should consider the meaning of Customer Support…
