• I installed this, then upgraded to Pro. Regardless, I keep getting bugged to upgrade to Pro. I am told that with pro, I can schedule regular updates, but I can’t find anywhere to actually do that.

    I have it make updates manually. Is it working? Darned if I know. Yes, there is a folder there each time. No sense of it being incremental though — every time I make one it creates a new complete folder, taking a LONG time to download everything.

    To Dropbox? Not that I can tell… I see a folder on my desktop, but it is not in my dropbox folder.

    Maybe it is good. Who can tell? I just hope I never need it and only discover then that what I have is not sufficient…

    Is it allowed to write about PRO here?

    Users may leave reviews for the pro experience if you upsell on within your plugin or in the plugin page. You do that so yes, they can leave reviews.

    If a user who is your customer and paid you for your services then those user’s support topics will be directed to your site. Authors may not support their customers in these forums.

    I am traveling now (in Istanbul now, traveling to Cyprus Tuesday, gone from home another month) and don’t want t get bogged down in tech support.

    Your app kept bugging me to give a review, so I finally did — an _honest_ review.

    To get 5 stars, it needs to work properly and without me having to spend a lot of time and effort with tech support to figure out why it is NOT working. I paid for it, and expected it would then simply work as advertised. It is not doing so, or if so, it is doing a good job of hiding that fact from me.

    Regardless, your attempt to get my review blocked here, just because I reviewed the PRO version — which your app sold me, and for which I paid — does not raise my opinion of your company.

    You can spend the whole texts of those reviews by writing only one domain name to our support and your issue, maybe, could be solved directly.
    2.
    There are no universal programs in the World.
    Every server or every shared hosting have their own configuration. On most of server/hostings around the World our plugin works correctly.
    3.
    Communication moves people to progress and distinguishes them from animals.
    If you bought the PRO version, you’ve used the free version of plugin with success (without it you can’t buy PRO). If you are unhappy with our plugin, you can also write to our support, to help yourself and get a refund, and to help us to make this plugin much better for all users in WordPress community. One short letter is sufficient, instead of debating here.
