Basic functions like thumbnail edit don't work

  • You can’t edit or re-center an image thumbnail, this feature doesn’t work. There’s dozens of posts complaining about it in the support forum but no fix. This plugin has been too popular for its own good and is over the hill.

    @manicolaus – Did you contact us for support on this in the support forum or directly as a bug report? If a feature within our plugins dashboard isn’t working, we’d want to take a closer look. This would have been better posted as a support thread/bug report rather than review.

    Has there been any attempt to fix this problem? It’s been a long time and it is still not working at all. I follow your documentation instructions but I only get a “can’t do this” symbol when I hover over and click on top of the thumbnail.
    “CUSTOMIZE THUMBNAIL PREVIEW CROP
    Go to Manage Gallery > select your gallery you wish to customize the thumbnail preview for an image. Hover over the thumbnail and a list of links should appear, click ‘Edit Thumb’:”
