Very nice form designed with lot of denefits

This form is very good and designed for various purposes. But my apprehension is l don’t really know how free it is. lt is really not friendly to use ones you register and you want to use the form. This is usually diplaying like what needs a subscription to operate.

I really want to ask, is the form truly free? if so that one give me the processes to use the form that doesn’t show as if it require a subscription to use?
