    So we’re working on a project and went with their Pro version of Custom Facebook Feed. Installed fine but we couldn’t seem to get the shortcode to show anything or the licenses to show ‘active’. Shot an email to Smash Balloon support and they had a VERY fast response time (within an hour?) and had the issue resolved within a few hours. A simple fix on their part, where their developer logged into the site in question and simply saved settings in an area we hadn’t traveled yet. They said it happens on some sites. Done.
