Disappointed

  • I am using this theme on three web sites. I very much like the overall format, but I am really disappointed in the free version’s lack of features. Here are the problems I have:

    The slider is way to big and does a HORRIBLE job of resizing the pictures to fit. No matter what size photo you use, it comes out looking like stretched taffy. I would love to be able to make the slider smaller, but there is no option to do that.

    The text and in particular the titles are WAY too big. Stevie Wonder would think they are too big. There is no way to change the size of the fonts or their color

    None of the colors can be changed except for one part of the background.

    The columns of the pages only grow as long as the content in it is, so if you only have a couple widgets in one column and six widgets in another, one column will be way longer than the other. This is fine if you have nothing but a white background, but if you have color it looks like a mess, like a jigsaw puzzle with the pieces separated….all disjointed and a mess.

    And one of the most annoying: the drop down menu of the sub pages on each top page is white text on a white background, and there is no way to change the background color in that section or the color of the text. What idiot came up with that? I hope these things are not an issue on the paid version, but it really chaps my hyde that these basic functions are issues on the free version. Why even bother having a free version if its crap.

    First of all thank you for choosing our theme. Please note that slider dimensions can be set in Customizer section below Slider setttings. The maximum width of the slider is 1024, but it depends on your device, as for the height you can set it on your own. To make the images look better, please set a height corresponding to your image original proportions, so that images do not distorted.

    The fonts for titles can be changed if you make changes in css of the theme. If you tell us in particular where you want to make the changes, we will help you out.

    The color scheme unfortunately cannot be changed with free version. And finally for the submenus, those do not have text with white color. Seems like you have plugin or something that is overwriting our styles. Again with a link we should be able to help you out. Thank you.
