There is not much to criticise here, the robust plugin with many useful features whilst very well structured will be a great tool for anyone who needs advanced user management on their site. Having to deal with several different user roles this plugin came in very helpful in offering custom forms for each role, custom redirections, handy label rename tool, or email customiser which gives you convenient control over emails sent on user actions. Password strength setting or reCaptcha compatibility is included.
Whilst there is room for improvement, and plugin doesn’t yet offer repeating fields or conditional logic for displaying fields (these would be useful for insanely long forms like mine), this product is well worth paying some extra money for. Not only you’ll get quality code but also some of the best support I (and others) have experienced.
Those giving low grades for the lack of features in free version are being unfair. Lots of free versions of plugins on this site are here for promotional reasons. It is naive to think that extensive and function-rich plugins can be made and offered at no cost.

Thank you so much for a detailed review and feedback.

Repeating fields (or groups of fields) as well conditional fields is something we’re looking to add soon. It’s already on our development list, but we don’t have an estimate for it yet.

As it has been requested repeatedly by our users, we’ll push to make it happen.
