DO NOT purchase PRO version!!

  • Where to begin?? The pro theme is incomplete and full of bugs.
    – twitter feed doesn’t work, author’s workaround is to suggest using a plugin
    – some page templates have bugs so you can’t use them
    – customization procedures are total hodge podge. Trying to figure out how to change something as simple as footer text requires clicking everywhere and searching your options
    – support forum is a joke. It consists of people with problems, and author responding “email me your admin password and I’ll fix it”
    – testimonials page heading reads, “Archives”. I had to alter the theme code directly to change that one. Which leads me to:
    – don’t even try to make a child theme with this theme.

    Complete garbage. I wasted 20 hours trying to get it right. I’d get a refund if it didn’t mean I had to start all over. I’m just cutting my losses and not wasting any more time with SKT themes

    Hi,

    Not sure how is that possible. Twitter feed can be changed easily using no code but normal twitter feed code we get from twitter.com/settings which has been advertised directly on our documentation: sktthemes.net/documentation

    Some page templates: Again not sure which ones have bug.

    Customization: Again something not very clear.

    Support forum: We ask only when people ask for customization request otherwise they are free to do on their own.

    Testimonials: There are 100s of plugins with which the theme is compatible so not sure if one is not working there are 100s of other options. Again something which wasn’t asked to us so no question of providing support unless client/customer asks us for the same.
