Does not work

  • The plugin does not work for me. The only thing that I got was a message ‘Your browser doesn’t have Flash, Silverlight or HTML5 support.’ on any browser that I tried (I am using the latest versions of various browsers).

    This problem has been reported by multiple people in the support section (including me) by no response from the team.

    So disappointed.

    Did you follow the advice in responses? This is cause by a javascript error on your page.

    !. Can you look at the console in your web browser to see if it reports any javascript errors on the page

    2. Can you enable wordpress debug mode to see if you have any php errors

    3. You can try disabling other plugins except this one, then enable the other one at a time until the error reappears, then you know which plugin is causing the error.
