Nice design, to bad it′s not working that well

  • Timely asked fot my opinion on their plugin All-in-one-event-calendar, so here goes…

    After using it for almost a year I looked for a more reliable one, after every update to the plugin it broke and the calendar couldn′t be shown.

    Ok, it looks great, really great design… But it takes more than design to make a great plugin.
    My rating: 1 star (and that′s just because I couldn′t find out how to rate them zero)

    I am so sorry to hear that you’ve had a bad experience. We’ve worked so hard over the last months, with a new team, new processes, new focus to make everything better. And our customers saw that lately, that’s why we ask for an honest rating.

    As the VP of Product it’s my failure to get a 1 star rating, and I’d appreciate if you could tell me some issues you’ve encountered so I can make sure we fix them for our users.

    I know the plugin had a period about 6-9 moths ago when there were some failed releases, when we actually got most of our 1 star ratings, but we really think we’ve been doing a way better job lately after some major clean-ups.

    Looking forward for your help to point me in the right direction
