Good features and support

  • The plug in is quite full of features in its free version, enough to make it worthwhile for most with typical banner management needs. I contacted the developer a couple of times with questions and he was super responsive. Seems like he is also updating and adding features regularly.

    Fair question/comment – I honestly did have the same thought when I was writing it.

    I would say that at times I felt that the plug in could be a bit more easy to use somehow. The concepts of how the software works can be a bit confusing at first (ads/groups/placements). To be fair, I also have not spent that much time with the plug in, and I am sure things get easier the more it is used (this was the case for me, but I do remember wishing things were a bit more intuitive). Also, some level of complexity is quite expected, considering the features that are available. All in all, the learning curve and the features are well balanced I think, but to me 5 stars is essentially super easy and intuitive software, so I thought 4 stars was more appropriate.

    Lastly, a couple of times I was not able to do certain things (which is why I wrote to you with questions). It is very tricky to determine what level of features deserve which rating, and the 4 star rating here is more of a gut feel, and subjective.

    It has been a while since I installed and setup your very nice plugin, and so this is the best comments I can come up with thinking back a few months – I hope it is helpful. I certainly recommend anyone to try/use the plugin with confidence (I can only say that of very few plug ins), and you are very close to 5 stars for sure. If I get more activity on my webpage regarding ads (currently I do not, which is why I have not played with it in a while), I will be in a better position to adjust my rating (hopefully up).

    Thanks for offering this great plugin for free! (and the pro options look great, and I hope to support you with a purchase once/if activity on my webpage picks up).

    Thank you for your helpful comment. I completely agree that the number of features already in the free version is hard to put into an intuitive interface. However, this is still my goal and I definitely accept 4 stars in that case, because there is room for improvements.
    Lucky for me, and hopefully you, I still have some ideas ??
