No support

This is, unfortunately, becoming an all-too-familiar refrain on WP: no support. I installed this theme but there does not seem to be a way to remove the logo on the header. Emailed support but no one is answering. The last query the developer answered was a month or so ago. Essentially this renders the theme useless and prevents me from considering the paid version.
