• While there is a lot that I like about ninja forms, there’s a lot to be desired too! Alas, yet again I’ve been stung by the zealous update that just stops sending emails. Thankfully they are at least logged into the system. Gawd, I miss the days of s/w developers not using the public as guinea pig beta testers! And since the form is not a simple “dude! I like yer blog!” form, these submissions are kind of important. They mean $$. And yes, I paid for the update/support. <groan!> Back to Contact Form 7…

Hey, Daryl! First, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! Your feedback is important to us and to the community.

Secondly, we want to help you get your emails working. It sounds like this is either your host or something else interfering as Ninja Forms just passes the message off to wp_mail for sending, but we definitely want to help you narrow down the cause. We also haven’t made any updates recently that would impact the function of email actions, so this is especially curious.

I also see that you have had email issues with other plugins as well based on your post history, so an issue with your host/SMTP provider and not Ninja Forms seems likely.

We have some email troubleshooting documentation here which also may be of help: https://docs.ninjaforms.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2045713-troubleshooting-ninja-forms#ts_email

The most common issue is setting a “From” email address that your SMTP provider rejects, which is unfortunately entirely out of our control.

I see you are a paid user since 2013, but I don’t see any recent support requests from you. In case you weren’t aware, we have premium response times for paid users and can likely get back to you same day in most cases. Just fill out the form here while logged into your NinjaForms.com account: https://ninjaforms.com/contact/

We look forward to helping you get up and running again quickly!
