You are referring to VFB Pro. The only emails we send are the ones for you to download your orders. If you made 5 different orders, Fetchapp, our email delivery system, will send you 5 emails. You are always welcome to request to be unsubscribed from any of those emails and rely solely on the WordPress dashboard for getting updates. Some people like getting the ZIP files or need them b/c their server doesn’t work well with dashboard updates. Unfortunately for me and you, Fetchapp does not have a way for users to unsubscribe themselves, so we have to do it manually (which we have been doing for years).
There is also an opt-in marketing email list for our Mailchimp account. We send maybe 1 or 2 emails A YEAR to that list. You can also unsubscribe from that one, too.
We don’t SPAM anyone. We send out emails to download the thing you bought. If you don’t like the emails, that’s cool. Just let us know, you won’t hurt our feelings for asking to be unsubscribed. It’s just email.
