Great Plugin & FAST Customer Support

  • Our site is very complicated on the back end. Few hiccups and always receive immediate or within 24 hrs response by their support. They even created a profile on our site to see what I was babbling about.

    Had an issue with this plug in and come to find out, it wasn’t them. Even had a developer remove their plugin and ONLY use the one with the theme ?? Come to find out, the problem was the buddy press activity plus plugin. Deactivated it and now…users can post on the wall without issue.

    Why more than one? Our theme’s “media” doesn’t support the features RT does. We want our users to have the best options and features and it to be easy to use.

    Thank you RT and good to know when we get investors/VC/etc. we can have your company design the site as we envision it’s future to be.
