Adding a Sign up and Challenge to my blog

  • Hi everyone. I’ve just started setting up my blog https://www.fromhandtoheart.com and the purpose to the site is to create a challenge for people to enter.

    I need something that would let people sign up for the challenge so I could keep track of the users who entered
    I also need a plug-in that would let me ask people a few questions and then would post the answers in a list
