    Update: Juno IT got in touch with me again, and have processed a full refund. Thank you. I have upgraded my review to 2 stars to reflect this and their attentive support.

    Bought this plugin, very unhappy, I couldn’t get a really simple picture quiz going. Very crude UI, throwing me back onto blank pages when I tried to create quizzes, couldn’t upload simple images, non-standard mechanims (e.g. ‘choose image file’ button, but no upload button), UI kept crashing on vanilla WP install. Unintuitive, wasted hours on it.

    In fairness to Juna, they did respond to my email queries and tried to offer advice, but blankly refused to issue a refund as clearly stated on their site: “If you have problems getting extensions to work, we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase.” They then asked me to enable remote desktop control of my machine so they could take a look. No thanks.

    Unhappy having spent my money, crude and buggy, not recommended, I simply couldn’t get it to work and I’m a techy; refund not issued. In my opinion there are better quiz plugins out there, including free ones. My experience only; perhaps some types of quizzes will work well with this plugin, and I hope this is the case for you if you try it.

    Sorry if you have problem with our plugin. we always ready to help our customers. please if you bought our plugin say us your id code or name to find you. we have new version which will be ready in 23.11.2015. in new version plugin works normally again. please help us to understand your problem. thank you and we are waiting to your answer.

    Hi Juna,

    I appreciate your getting in contact, however I spent many hours trying to get your plugin to work properly, even with your previous suggestions, and I was unable to get it work. I have since implemented using a different plugin. I would like a refund please.
