    Will not upload or extract. Support page evasive and not helpful. I would give zero if I could at this point.

    Well you are the only one who is experiencing this issue, we have thousands of happy customers ?? Anyway it’s impossible to make it work on all environments, so most probably its your PHP environment configuration (for example you cannot access the files via PHP), which is causing this error.
