    Seems to be an option for Multisite in branding newly created blogs but there’s no option for templating emails, or urls.

    This has not been tested or created for multi-site installations, emails, or interfere with your urls / permalinks. I am sorry that this plugin is not what you are looking for, but it does perform as expected when used on single sites to give custom login logos, favicons, and remove WordPress links in the admin section of the site.
