After having had the free version I upgraded to the pro. I was in touch with the support them to get a few things fixed, such as making the image title and description readable to get indexed, which is not the case if you don’t display them. They promised me to fix that within 72 hours. After that I never heard back from them. I sent a few emails to ask about the status. No reply. I then realized that you only have one month free support. I thought that was the problem, so I bought one month of support (~$10). I sent them several emails again… no reply! Other problems I have are that the social icons on the bottom don’t always work, or some of them don’t even show. Furthermore I thought the pro version is more flexible than it is. I have a black theme so I wanted to adjust the color frame of the light box to better blend with my theme. Pretty Lightbox doesn’t allow you to do that. It’s just ugly the way it looks now.
Initially when I had some other problems, they asked me for my WP login credentials so they could have a look…!!! Would you feel comfortable if some strangers snoop around in your database?
Conclusion: I have a plugin that doesn’t look professional (lack of customization), doesn’t work properly, bought from a company that doesn’t have professional business practices and steals your money because they don’t deliver what you have paid for.
DON’T TRUST THEM!!!

BTW most of the 5 Stars are fake reviews, look at the names and their history, which most don’t have
