Basic functionality works but very limited plugin

  • The plugin has a Re-Order feature that does not work for me. To have the only order options ASC or DESC by post ID is short sighted. What if I want to add another FAQ in the future but want to place it in a particular place in the order. I would not recommend this plugin since it has a feature that doesn’t work and little documentation or options.

    There are already 7k+ users of this Plugin. Why you’re using this Plugin?
    You may suggest to request features and bugs. You are here to disappoint me to work better in future. People’s like you all time discourage Authors and we lost our productivity. Already you’ve shown your mentality, without given any time to fix any bugs, you’ve given 1 Star Rating !!! WTF…

    I”m using it because our client website is using it and I’m trying to work with what was already created. The client is the one asking me how to reorder. I had to delete all the FAQ posts and reenter them to show up the way they wanted. Why do you have a Re-Order functionality that does not work? And I see no mention of this functionality when other people post about the same issue? I’ve used 100s plugins in projects and rarely take the time to rate them and see poor ratings all the time. No need to take it personally. With 7000+ users you shouldn’t worry about my 1 star rating. But it’s better someone knows this limitation before investing time into setting it up.

    You didn’t Develop this Plugin, I’ve Developed it. I know how many times and patience took to Develop this Plugin.

    I didn’t remember that I’ve given this “Re-Order” option for this Plugin.

    You’re totally wrong. Every time I’ve given any updates according to users needs. It’s quite Stable now. You may see others comments what’s they have said.

    If you asked for support then definitely I will update this Plugin immediately. Man’s like you will never understand this…

    You never imagined how it will feels when a Developer got 1 Star for his Work without asking for any Support !!! You never feels. Because I don’t take any money from you.
