• This plugin creates widget functionality. Which means you have to use it either in a sidebar or footer, not within your content, and it’s harder to place your form where you want it, depending on your template. I couldn’t use it because my theme had inappropriate footer functionality (multiple columns and different color). If you want to place your form inline with your content, keep looking.

The Plugin name clearly mentions that it’s a widget plugin “Simple Aweber Optin Widget”

You should have opened your eyes before installing and giving someone bad feedback only because of your ignorance.

It’s a widget plugin, not simply widget. How would you install a widget btw?
