• We started using Ninja Forms with the User Bundle for two complex sites with a focus on community-submitted content. The front-end posting was a necessity, and we also had a lot of custom fields and post types. We did run into some bugs (right before our launch, of course) and the Ninja support team was spectacular — looking carefully at each site, helping us find good solutions, and making sure we were functioning well for our launch. We’re total Ninja-devotees now, and some of our associates are also so impressed with the support and the ease of programming our custom needs that they’re considering a switch. Great product and stellar support — what could be better?
