I think you may have meant to leave this review for different plugin. We have a 100% no questions asked, satisfaction guarantee that we always honor, we don’t require ionCube, and our plugin only executes code while you’re running an import.

You’re talking about WP Ultimate CSV Importer Pro by Smackcoders. Not our product.

WP All Import Pro:
– Doesn’t require ionCube
– Doesn’t have MAC based licensing
– Doesn’t run on the frontend
– Doesn’t have encrypted code

WP Ultimate CSV Importer Pro is, last I checked, encoded with ionCube/encrypted.

Among other things, WP Ultimate CSV Importer Pro has put our trademark “WP All Import” in the title of their website, creating confusion.

The FTC won’t help you. Smackcoders is based in India.
