• For the parts that work, it’s a decent download manager, but it’s truly a bad sign when the contact phone number on their website is actually disconnected. That’s right – the phone number is no longer in service!

    As for their email support (for the paid version, by the way), there was a formatting issue with their “CM Download List” widget that displayed each item side by side with no break in between. After asking me for a link so they could see the issue on my site, the response was “This is too small place for this shortcode…“. Seriously? The support engineer apparently does not know the difference between a shortcode and a widget, nor have any concept of responsive design.

    ?This customer sent several support requests and received a reply within less than 24 hours each time. We tried to answer each of his requests. Still he choose to include in each of his communications unethical quotes like “You guys are hopeless”

    We try our best to give the service within the quickest time and to answer each of the question we receive, But our policy is very clear in cases like this. When a customer use language such as the one described above we rather refund his money
