Virus Infected

  • Hey Author. First im very thank you about this plugin.

    I used it for along time nothing happened. But nowadays My Google Adwords report my website virus infected by this link : https://www.wpregs.org/jquery.js

    But this link is created by WDM … This causes my adwords can not run anymore.
    Please take a view on that . When i remove the plugin everything should be okey again. ??

    Hi,
    Actually wpdm doesn’t have any such link like https://www.wpregs.org/jquery.js , wpdm using the jquery included with wp itself. If you are using latest version of wpdm everything. If your server is virus infected, then please contact your hosting support for a detailed report.

    Hi lebien0109 . You solved this problem ? I tried use plugins to scan malware like Sucuri Security, but it did not work. Add me on skype glauco1982

    lebien0109 I try disabled all plugins in truth and still appears the malware. Probably do not have to do with a plug in specific

    Also @glaucohenrique never installed download manager plugin (According to his Skype chat with me).
    As per our test latest version of wpdm is totally clean and secure when you installed it from www.remarpro.com.

    Hello people, I have the same thing. I scanned off- and onlne my website for malicous files. I scanned all the files with Notepadd++ to make sure that https://www.wpregs.org/jquery.js isn’t scripted in a file. Nothing came out, the result was 0 files.

    It doesn’t have anything to do with this plugin what so ever, but the solution is still far away. I called Adwords and they can’t seem to give me the analysis, so I am affraid we are stuck in the dark.

    @glaucohenrique : My problem is solved
    I just removed 2 links that Adwords Experts told me Virus Infected. I rewrited 2 pages (make sure 2 new URL) (Just copy from text tab) and then the problem is solved. Im actually even dont know what happened to my site..

    Hello guys I found the solution. The url https://www.wpregs.org/jquery.js showed up in the cached files from the plugin W3 total Cache. So if you are experiencing the same thing as I did, delete your cached files. And use another plugin for now. I reported this ‘error’ to W3 total cache to see if this a known issue

    Yes. W3TC virus infected confirmed. I just got same problem again after 3 days. Then i removed W3TC plugin so now my website cleaned.
