TERRIBLE Customer service!

  • I purchased their $199 plugin and monthly subscription plan with the understanding it would work on all of my websites. Imagine my dismay when I found out it was for something called “multi-site” NOT for multiple sites. Customer service is TERRIBLE and when asking for help, I was THREATENED that I wouldn’t receive support on ANY of the previous products I purchased previously! I cannot believe how poorly they have treated me and to now threaten me?! BUYER BEWARE. This company does NOT care about their customers and will resort to threats if you ask for help!

    Thanks meitswai, the plugin does not request you to give a review to complete a migration, it is optional.

    I haven’t seen any request for a review anywhere since starting to use it last night. I will however say that it did exactly what I wanted, so 5 stars from me. :o)
