    I bought PRO VERSION and I was unsatisfied with the plugin, since it is not responsive and the options were missing in backend, and the CSS is not good enough, all offset.

    I have been stalled and ignored and insulted over 3 weeks with no refund at all.
    After I started the fuzz here at www.remarpro.com they stoped writing me treathning emails, the refund was processed the same day and I got my money finally, but only because I used PayPal DISPUTE option which gave me my money back.

    After some times I realized they set you to recuring payment, and they do not cancel it even if they promise you full refund and delete your accounts and licence. You gotta do it yourself.
    IF YOU BUY PRO, do it ONLY WITH PAYPAL, or else you will never see your money again if you ask for refund, and you will every year be charged without knowing.

    Hey, I have sent you specific questions on your website contact.
    I have been waithing for your answer for over a day now. Can you please answer to all my questions and respond to my presale questions, so if everything is ok then I can purchase the pro version.

    btw when installed on my newspaper theme this free version looks littlebit broken. I hope that won’t come in pro version.

    this guys are scam, dont buy pro version they will give you half finished product for $60 and wont give you a refund.

    They will insult you and your familly trough emails if you give them a critic.

    I have all the proof. I will start posting this emails later on.
    Probably will sue them.

    We can’t talk about the commercial version here.

    However, i can confirm that the refund has been issued. You should see it in either your paypal or cc statement very soon. We don’t handle those times.

    I will belive when I get it. 3 weeks you are lying to me. You even said you will refund me if it fails even on this day. It did, and you SAID YOU LOST YOUR PAYPAL password hahahaha. SCAMMM

    And you were insulting me on emails, I should report your service to www.remarpro.com to remove you from this website.

    I will post the whole conversation here. And I will give access to my email to www.remarpro.com to check all this and verify what kind of people they are having on website.

    You’ll want to contact paypal directly for a payment dispute. The pro version is not something we govern here.

    After 3 ‘hard’ weeks I got my refund the day the fuzz started (Yesterday).
    I applied the dispute trough PayPal resolution centar, and started complaining and writing here on wordpress-org… and I got my refund the next day.
