Can't tell if this works or not

Downloaded this ‘free’ plug-in, then paid the $15 to make it work with Microsoft OneDrive… which it will not do. It’s been in my computer, activated, with settings entered, for over two weeks and as yet have not had a successful backup. So far, not impressed.
