Unable to answer basic questions

I had some questions about duplicate content created by their plugin, why they were using a temporary redirect to their website and why a particular type of custom category was created.
I was given obvious information, information I already knew (yes they are a custom post type) told that the ‘site scanner’ I was using was giving me false positives (Site scanner is Moz Analytics) and to ask them why.
And then tried to close the question without actually answering what I had asked.Useless, rude, arrogant and certainly giving me no reason to continue using their plugin.
If I could have given a lower rating I would have.
